How are orders delivered?
All orders are dispatched using United States Postal Service. US orders are shipped at the standard rate, all overseas orders are shipped by Priority Mail International (Regular air mail no longer is available via the USPS), unless requested. All figures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Some are shown in their finished state for purposes of advertising.
Our shopping cart calculates international postage on a flat rate according to the rates charged by the USPS.

And how long to arrive?
North America: 5 - 7 days.
Rest of the world: 10 - 14 days.
Please keep in mind there may be delays with weather, holidays or trade show (July) activity.

What do the scales mean?
For those customers unfamiliar with toy soldier terminology, 28mm, 15mm, and 10mm refer to the actual height of a model figure, on foot and standing upright (measured from about the figure's eye level to the top of the figure's base). The scales are not exact, but 10mm equates to approximately 1:200 scale, 15mm to approx. 1:100 scale, and 28mm is roughly 1:60. Other scales in this catalogue include 2mm = ~1:900, 6mm = ~1:300, 20mm = ~1:85 and 25mm = ~ 1:72.

Do you take international orders?
We kindly fill and ship international orders all of the time. Shipping costs are calcualted by weight and the shipping charges that are on the order will be lower than calculated. We do not charge international taxes (VAT), so please check with your local import office for any information needed before shipping. Sorry, but we are not responsible for any import taxes on orders into your native country.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be returned in resaleable condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a 20%restocking fee if items are damaged or unsaleable upon reciept. Refund will be less shipping and handling.
